Roast Chicken - on top of the stove

Preheat 4qt Stock Pot over medium heat till drops of water skittle & dance.

Place whole chicken breast down. Chicken will stick at first, then sear golden brown and release (about 6-8 minutes)

Remove Chicken and set to the side.

Add Veggies (i.e. Carrots, Potatoes, Onion, Celery)

Replace Chicken breast side up and season

Cover (Medium - Whistle - Low) Until chicken is done and juices run clear.

About an hour.
